Hello!
For the past few weeks, I've been having problems accessing Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Store and Spotify on my laptop. After searching on various forums, I tried deactivating the firewall and Kaspersky anti-virus, and it appears the latter is the problem. I have found that I can white-list those three programs but suddenly Kaspersky crashes and doesn't save the changes I made. Thus, I completely shut down the anti-virus so I can use the apps I want. Can somebody help me? It's urgent. Thank you in advance
