This would be a fail. It’s not letting me elevate this to admin to run it and it tosses a permissions error when it’s ran and is unable to complete.

Same problem with us, but starting the fix with admin rights, it wen’t through. But anyway, it didn’t solve the problem….

Das von Kaspersky veröffentlichte Patch pf9313.msp funktioniert nicht. Windows 10 Client taucht zwar in der Cloud-Konsole auf, der Fehler bleibt aber bestehen: “Sicherheitsanwendung läuft nicht / Echtzeitschutz ist deaktiviert”.

Die Lizenz am Client lässt sich nicht aktivieren, hat aber eine Lizenz in der Cloud-Konsole gezogen.

The Patch pf9313.msp doesn’t activate the license. The device is shown in the cloud panel and has obviously any connection between device and cloud panel, but does not activate the license.

With MAC OS devices it currently works as expected.
