[account name change in Kaspersky FDE]

Hi, I am unable add new username & password in already encrypted laptop. I have tried to add manually the new username & password via account management task successfully. But in the PBA screen its unable to take the new user name & password it's only taking the older name. It's a workgroup environment. where as in windows its taking the new username & password. Hi, We have KES with port monitoring activation facility. But we are facing port blocking due to monitoring system activation. One application is available in Windows 10 Ubuntu 18.04 LTS which we have installed in multiple machine. But at the time of upgrade this application service the particular 80 port has been blocked by KES. And due to this post block we are unable to update this service and tun this application.
