My Outlook runs perfectly until I try and retrieve emails from the exchange server. At that point my systems hangs for 2 to 5 minutes, sometimes longer. I followed the online advice and disabled all addins and the problem on reoccurred when I activated the Kapersky add in (all other add ins were cleared). I use Windows 10 Kapsersky Total Security V21.2.16.590 All other add ins are deactivated I have tried to find the solution from previous threads but nothing I have tried seems to work.
