Hi Minty, thank you for your prompt response :) I redownloaded now the ksc_13_13.0.0.11247_full_en.exe disinstalled and reinstalled only the Administration Console because I was afraid not to loose all the configuration files. Unfortunately I get the same error “http://localhost:13291”: connection refused… The only service that I see in services.msc regarding the 13th version is “Kaspersky Security Center 13 automation object” which I started. Thank you so much.

Hi, I have the same problem here. After upgrading from Security Center 11 to Security Center 13 I don’t have the services anymore. Does this issue have been solved? Thank you.
