  1. Renewal code not accepted stating "activation code invalid for this region" for KIS. Software bought from legitimate third party software company who advise it could be because a VPN is activated. I was aware that Kaspersky includes the free VPN element but this was switched off. I have now uninstalled the Kaspersky VPN software from my PC. I notice the VPN software is shown as "active" in My Kaspersky account. I have tried to delete the subscription but cannot find a way to do so have removed the device (my PC) in devices within the VPN subscription. The renewal code is still not activating with the same message. Can anyone help please?
