Kaspersky have plans to make your products compatible with Opera products?
I miss a Opera one browser extension to protect links and much more.Currently the most used browsers are:
Chrome 62.85% (Kaspersky Compatible)
Safari 20.72% (Kaspersky Compatible)
Edge 5.31% (Kaspersky Compatible)
Opera 2.82%
Firefox 2.77%(Kaspersky Compatible)
Samsung Browser 2.50%
Why not make Opera compatible too? -
Some services in many countries have a blacklist from proxy/VPN IPs.
Na matter if you use Colombian IP in VPN you will be blocked.
Contact you bank support for information and if is the case contact Kaspersky VPN support for change de Colombian IP.
VPN dynamic IP need to be changed in less time and avoid public proxy/VPN IP lists. -

The reason for this topic is a concern that I have and that I believe that many users may also have in relation to the data handling policy in the Kaspersky VPN service.
The objective here is to discuss the opinions, concerns and needs of users.
Knowing that the VPN service has, as one of its main target audiences, politically exposed people, activists, journalists or anyone who needs privacy, anonymity and protection against political persecution, I would like to propose a debate regarding what type of data Kaspersky collected when users connect to its VPN service and how Kaspersky deals with them in case of requests from authorities.1) Is using Kaspersky VPN safe under these conditions? What are the guarantees?
2) Does Kaspersky use RAM servers technology? Do you intend to use it one day?
3) What exactly are the logs and data currently collected and maintained by Kaspersky?
4) How long are they kept?
5) Is there any intention to use any No-LOG policy in the future?
6) Is there an intention to subject the service to some type of independent audit?

Pessoal estou desesperado aqui.
Eu utilizo o Kaspersky Internet Security para Android em meu smartphone Samsung S20FE com Android.
E o que aconteceu é o seguinte...
Por algum motivo que desconheço após colocar a digital para desbloquear um aplicativo protegido pelo Kaspersky apareceu a tela para digitar a senha em vez da digital.
Ok entrei com a senha correta e apareceu a mensagem "codigo aceito"
Só que travou nessa tela e simplesmente não consigo sair dela.
O botão X no canto superior da tela não funciona. O botão de desligar até funciona, mas essa tela não sai do primeiro plano e eu simplesmente não consigo usar nenhuma função do aparelho.
Não consigo tirar screenshots, não consigo atender chamada, não consigo reiniciar, não consigo desligar, nada.
Alguém sabe como forçar o Kaspersky finalizar a tarefa ou pelo menos reiniciar o aparelho?
Será que vou ter que esperar a bateria acabar?

Here I solved the problem. Apparently there is a issue with the Microsoft Windows Defender Device Guard. So... i disabled the hypervisor: At the prompt with administrator privileges run:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype offRestart PC. Kaspersky Hardware Virtualization, VMWare, and other non-MS VM features worked well after this. Note: Windows Sandbox and Hyper-V will not run after this patch. If you need reenable the hypervisor run:bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto -
Maybe we have a issue with Microsoft Windows 10 Device/Guard. When you disable hypervisor everythings about virtualization is fixed: In prompt with admin privileges run: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off Restart yout PC. Kaspersky Hardware Virtualization, VMWare and other not MS VM resources will run ok.

Prezados colegas membros da Kaspersky, Venho enfrentando um problema recorrente com os novos produtos da linha 2020 Kaspersky. Ocorre que notei que a proteção por virtualização de hardware não esta disponível em nenhum produto Kaspersky, Fiz testes com a linha doméstica e também com a linha empresarial sem sucesso. A primeira vez que identifiquei o problema foi em meu equipamento pessoal de uso doméstico com o produto Kaspersky Internet Security 2020. Naquela ocasião tentei obter ajuda em Inglês sem sucesso, pois como meu sistema operacional encontra-se no idioma português do Brasil, tal fato acabou dificultando a ajuda do nobre colega FLOOD que não consegue traduzir o idioma das imagens sobre os recursos do Windows. Porém aqui trata-se da versão Kaspersky Small Office Security 7 versão 20.0.14.1085(c). E o mesmo problema esta acontecendo: Vejam imagem abaixo:
A primeira medida adotada para tentar solucionar a questão foi buscar ajuda na base de conhecimento Kaspersky no seguinte tópico:

No entanto mesmo seguindo rigorosamente todas as instruções do tópico de ajuda não obtive sucesso.
Para efeito de informação nosso parque de equipamentos na empresa é padronizado.
Utilizamos em todos nossos equipamentos:
- Processador AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (drivers de chipset atualizados)
- Placa-mãe ASUS B450-M (Bios atualizada)
- Sistema operacional Windows 10 x64 pt-br (Build 1903) todas atualizações instaladas.
Tentei também desinstalar os produtos Kaspersky através do KAV removal Tool e procedi com a reinstalação do produto novamente sem sucesso.
Posso marcar para ignorar a recomendação na central de notificações, mas fica a sensação de que algum nível de proteção não esta funcionando como deveria estar.
Adicionalmente coloco em anexo analise obtida pelo GSI para auxiliar a obter um diagnóstico ou solução.

Same issue here. I use KIS 20.0.14.1085(c) with Windows 10 Pro x64 build 1903 My processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 with Asus motherboard B450-M with SVM mode on in BIOS. Every virtualization software works except Kaspersky. I also tryed disable Windows Sandbox and Hyper-V without sucess.
Product Updates and new versions issues

Dear Kaspersky comrades.
I would like to ask a question that may seem simple, but i have been finding it extremely difficult.
Every time that a new version of Kaspersky products is released to the public, i cannot receive it immediately or in a few days after release.
After days, sometimes months, and maybe a year, my product continues to have the same version without being updated or even receiving any notification.
Kaspersky's update system has been limited to updating only the detection engine and definitions database, but don't update the product to the latest version or notify about the availability of a new version.
Every time that i suspect theres a new version, im forced to use Kaspersky's help pages to look for new updates and these haven't taken me to the right places.
One example is that the link published to search for the latest updates on the official help page leads to products that are not from my region and there is no option to change.

In download pages there is also no identification of the latest version available so that we can compare it with the version we have installed in our devices.
Only here, in the depths of the forum, on the Beta version pages, i have found any success regarding the latest versions being tested or that have already been released to the public.
I don't consider this reasonable and i believe that many are going through the same difficulties as me.
It would be possible to centralize a page about the latest updates and versions numbers released to the public? Or simply create a system that automatically notifies you of new versions by displaying alerts in the product?
And, im not talking about KSOS only... This happens with home products also.
