- Since the last KPM *application* update to version 23.0.0.1051 / 1683312681_7376 / 1.0.523.0-0.8.3.0_1, has the computer been shut down, using Shutdown, not Restart, then powered on by pressing the power button?
- Your best course of action is to log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, so a dedicated resource can be allocated to look at it. On the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

recently in the past few days i have noticed KPM no longer wants to work with Brave. It installs the extension but it keeps saying to install the password manager program, yet i already have it downloaded...

just started my pc back up, this time i tried typing the password letter by letter instead of copying and pasting and now it worked. i have no idea if it needed pc shutdown or what. i am so confused.

i also have issue with my secret vault, i didn't open it for a few days and i tried opening it today and it says invalid password....it is the correct password and how i know it is because i saved the password in kaspersky password manager notes...and the password never changed or updated, i also tried importing backups to see if the password was maybe edited and it was still the same password so this must be an issue with secret vault that needs fixing!! i hope we will not lose our data over this, because it is not our fault.
