  1. Hello I has infected for a trojan o remove KIS and all Kaspersky products, i resolved the problem with kis i installed again and it remove the trojan. But now i cannot install or unistall the VPN error:
  2. How to update VPN for patch A? I've already done the KIS update for patch A, using the registry trick. Did the VPN update itself? Is it necessary to make a download for the A patch to be integrated? Is the update for patch A released at the same time in all regions, or is it split up like KIS? Thanks Freud2004
  3. Tanks, But the files don't are show in temp, I have to run the program TreeSize to find them. And yes, I have to remove KIS self-protection to remove the temp files, otherwise kIS don't let me delete them. Tanks any way
