That is what I've done : I've uninstalled KAV and installed Bitdefender instead. This is the first time since something like 2005 that I have given up on Kaspersky. I waited a few days but it was no longer possible, I had no choice. Not sure to come back.

Just to let you know that there is the exact same problem with Kasperky Antivirus Free. Since Saturday 25 (= wednesday database + restart of my computer), Asus AI Suite 3 is unable to load. Each time, I have 2 errors (see screenshot). I tried to find many solutions before finding here on Kaspersky forums that it was because of my Kaspersky Antivirus. I opened another topic in "Kasperky Free" section.
