Hi, I have Kaspersky VPN set to split tunnelling and to only work on Firefox. That's great, it works fine. However if I try and launch warcraft the game fails to connect. Why is this? It seems to imply as if split tunnelling is applying outside of just firefox. As soon as I close the VPN wow loads fine. Wow does not care about VPNs, other VPNs work fine on it so im a bit confused.

thanks. I would say that is kind of rubbish - can a request be put in to have an option for no VPN local traffic websites?? Putting the website in as http://192.168.1.1 should really work... I cant access a lot of things now from router to camera door bells to plex media centres without turning it all off...

Kaspersky Premium. If I turn on the VPN I cant access things my local router in the browser etc. Rather than have separate browsers and split tunnelling just wanted a way to make some sites using Ip addresses to bypass VPN.

Hi, How can I create local network exceptions on the VPN client? If I goto the website tab and tell it to not use VPN on specific websites it wont accept IP addresses only. I'm trying to add entries like 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.126 etc - these host various local websites from a seedbox to the router. The App always tries to split the IP up as if it was a website - adding http://192.168.1.1 does not work either. thanks

Thanks. Based on the form post here - 1. I think the issue is I've been moved from Security Cloud to Kaspersky Plus but not got the VPN part. 2 + 3. I think they maybe made a typo and meant Security cloud been stopped? 4. I had Kaspersky Security Cloud – Personal 5. No 6. yea its ID INC000014227831 7. When I goto VPN it says When i try and hit enter reg code it says When i go into my kaspersky i see 8. UK I can live with no unlimited VPN until end of July when I assumed I would just be buying Kaspersky Plus since Cloud is discontinued but clicking the link to buy takes me to Kaspersky Security Cloud (2022) | Cloud Antivirus | Kaspersky which would mean buying cloud all over again?

Hi, Reading the FAQ I believe that my original product Kaspersky Security Cloud is now Kaspersky Plus. My program auto updated to reflect this. The FQA also says unlimited VPN license included in Kaspersky Plus. My VPN however as part of the plus package has a 500mb daily limit. I contact support but they said "As we checked the activation code it is still for Kaspersky Security Cloud and not the Kaspersky Plus. As of now the Kaspersky Plus and all the new license has been stopped. For now, we only have the usual Kaspersky license for sale." This seems to be different again from the FQA that says "Activation codes between these pairs of apps will be compatible backwards and forwards." And now onto actually buying the thing (due to expire at end of month) ... if I goto buy within Kaspersky Plus it takes me to the security cloud page and offers that product?? Should I not be looking to buy Kaspersky Plus now?

Hi, Im on Kaspersky Plus and since the change from Cloud protection I cant locate the following options. Specifically the On-Screen Keyboard option icon so its not displayed. Also the use hardware virtualisation option would be good to locate as well. thannks
