Hello @harlan4096 and many thanks for the kind and effective support. To give an example, I mainly use gmail and yahoo: so in the exclusions I have to use the email servers of Gmail and Yahoo: is this correct?

When I open Thebat! to download the new  mail messages KSOS launches a popup which reads that a certificate problem has been detected in the encrypted connection and offers me either to close the connection or to continue. I have chosen to continue but every time I open Thebat! I notice that the client takes a long time to check the mailboxes. This does not occur if KSOS is uninstalled from the operating system: windows 10 enterprise.
Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello!

I am on High Sierra 10.13.6 and KES 11.00. 501c

I am trying to activate KES via terminal according to the instructions of this kaspersky page:

 I open terminal so i write:

kav addkey . 

put into terminal the KES license file and press enter

but nothing happens: KES does not activate. 

Why?
