acc was made in germany, i bought now again from page app send me. there is no reason for this region problem. i cant see what region I am  in app, when i click something it just send me to read more topics and none with an answer to the problem. how to get in contact with a person, not a bot

i have no idea what to click, i work night shift, it time to sleep. and it doesnt help that last week was alcohol shift. it says its wrong region, i remember it was for EU. i just need antivirus. how to make it work.  thnx
