As per the official Security Center OpenAPI Reference, there should be a Python package available somewhere.

Python Lib for KLOAPI protocol

KlAkOAPI Python package offers high-level implementation of client-side KLOAPI protocol in Python. With KlAkOAPI Python package calls to KSC server are performed as calls for methods of provided classes.
