Printing and scanning issue on network printer

HI there., I'm facing some issue on my network printer after installing Kaspersky endpoint security for windows 11.5.0.590 the main issues are 1- printing is very slow (it takes more than one minute to print a page) 2- scanning to folder is not working regards
