Aynısını yaşıyorsanız aynı hatayı yapıyorsunuz demektir. Bizim yapabileceğimiz bir durum yok. Yazılımın da bir hatası olmadığından bu durum sizinle alakalı. Teknik talep ederseniz My Kaspersky üzerinden yarım alabilirsiniz.

Hocam nerede hata yapıyor olabilirim sizce? Programı indirip hesaba girdiğim anda ücretsiz denemenin süresi doldu diyor. Bana hiçbir şekilde seçenek sunmuyor.

 

Programı kayıt defterinden tamamiyle silmek gibi bir yöntem varsa söyleyin yapayım. Belki birkaç kalıntıdan dolayı böyle oluyordur gibi.

 

Ayrıca My Kaspersky’dan yardım alacağım da Türkçe mi yoksa İngilizce mi destek alacağım?

Hocam oradan da indirdim hala aynı hatayı veriyor. 

 

Neden böyle oluyor ya? Başka bir bilgisayarda free sürüm hesap açtım bu bilgisayarda girince kendi kendine denemeyi etkinleştirdi ve yine bu hatayı verdi. Sıkılmaya başladım artık.

Ücretsiz sürümü değil deneme sürümü başlattığınız için bildiride yazdığı gibi tekrar deneme sürümünü kullanamazsınız.

Kurarken deneme sürümü seçilmemesi lazım ücretsiz olanı kullanmak istiyorsanız.

2.  Lütfen resimdekileri İngilizceye çevirin mi? 
3. Yüklü herhangi bir yazılım var mı - belirli ayrıntıları sağlayın? 
4. Herhangi bir hata var mı - belirli ayrıntıları sağlayın? 
5. “ Duruşma hala devam ettiğine göre böyle olabilir mi?”, “ Böyle ” ne anlama geliyor, ne gibi ? 
6. " Deneme hala devam ediyor " nerede - deneme süresi sona erdiyse, bir deneme nasıl devam ediyor?

Normally I was using a trial version. But your driver's license has expired since yesterday, it says buy license. I cannot do anything on the application. Shouldn't he upgrade to the free version when the trial is over? The same happened with Internet Security.
