Hi All my settings on my.kaspersky.com in the category “Internet” of Safe Kids are gone - on two kid profiles. the website categories are different than before all exceptions are lostI had several exceptions for homeschooling-tools like jitsi etc that would normally be denied set to be allowed. Der Login-Screen kommt, nach der Eingabe von Username/Pass lädt er unendlich ohne Response. Login in Programmbereiche von Kaspersky mit den selben Daten gehen. Login auf my.kaspersky.com geht auch, wenn Safe Kids pausiert ist. Vor ca 4 Wochen ging der Login auf my.kaspersky.com noch, wenn Safe Kids lief. my.kaspersky.com ist als Ausnahme erlaubt, dennoch geht es nicht ( Eine Abhilfe wäre toll, da ich so häufig zwischen verschiedenen Rechnern wechseln muss, um Einstellungen vorzunehmen.
