I was searching through google and I got a notification about a download blocked and object (file) could not be disinfected. I didn't click on the website. I just saw it while searching and I got a notification about a download blocked and a file detected which is making me concerned a lot. Here are some images. I've censored the link but will provide further information if needed. I just want to know if it's anything to worry about and what steps I should take. What concerns me the most is that I didn't even click on the website. It was just there on the page.

I was playing a game and I randomly got a notification from windows security saying "Virus & Threat protection Turn on virus protection”. This totally freaked me out because I'm very paranoid and I already had kaspersky turned on. The mini kaspersky icon on the bottom right corner of my screen was gone for like 20 seconds until I searched in the searchbar Kaspersky and it appeared again. Also, the windows security icon was there but instead of the green tick, it had an x saying action needed. I did a full scan and there were no threats. I just want to know if this is normal or suspicious. This isn't the first time it happened to me. Thanks for reading this.
