Hello Guys, As per my finding i had faced this same issue and i am using my Active Directory account on KSC Administration Server. I am facing this issue because due to AD is not sync with my Kaspersky Server i had followed below steps:
1- Remove domain from server ( Moved it on WORKGROUP) 2- Reboot Server 3- Now again Join the Domain
Issue is resolved after following these steps if anyone using the same Active Directory administrator user on Kaspersky Server you need to follow the above steps.
