  1. Hello, I did not yet solve this issue. I tried to disable “Forward KSN request to administration server” and set “Access KSN Cloud / private KSN directly over the internet”. But the result is the same.
  2. Hello everybody, I recently installed Kaspersky for Windows Server v11 and configured the policy, in KSC, to use KSN, accepting all ksn statement. Now, I got thousands of KSN error, such these: Importance level: Critical Event time: 20/04/2021 11:04:22 User: No data Computer: Description: Error sending the request to KSN. Error code: 0x8000004B. Object name: C:\WINDOWS\SYSWOW64\BCRYPTPRIMITIVES.DLL Importance level: Critical Event time: 20/04/2021 11:04:22 User: No data Computer: Description: Error sending the request to KSN. Verify KSN Proxy settings configuration. Error code: 0x80000500. Object name: C:\WINDOWS\SYSWOW64\RPCRT4.DLL It seems that it’s not possible to send KSN requests. Server and KSC are in the same network, with no firewal between them. Can someone suggest me a possible fix? Bye Fab
  3. Hello I have KSC + KES 11 in my network. I am using a proxy server for content filter an antivirus purpose. I would like to use KES 11 too, in order to scan ssl connections for web traffic. If my proxy warns or block a page, the user does not see nor Proxy Warn Page, nor Kaspersky page. He simply see a generic browser error (see screnshot). I suppose that this happens because my proxy uses a self-signed certificate. Is there any way to set KES/KSC policies to skip certificate check? Thanks
