our version is Kaspersky endpoint security 11.0.0.6499 and it is pushed on more than 70 machine. the problem is on the client machines, more than ten computers sound stop working. The PCs includes Windows 10 and Windows 7 .

After installation of Kaspersky endpoint security to client machines, a number of computers' sound system stop working.
