Bom dia. Pessoal, estou com um probleminha com o antivirus Karspersky Internet Security pago(Sim, eu comprei a linceça de 1 ano). Eu jogo Overwatch no PC e assisto conteúdo pelo Popcorn Time, porém desde que eu instalei o antivirus, eu não consigo logar nesses dois programas. Eu ja fui nas configurações do antivirus, na aba onde voce pode excluir as pastas onde o antivirus não é para carregar, e mesmo assim não conecta. Ja desativei do firewall do antivirus e mesmo assim nada. Só volta tudo ao normal, quando eu desinstalo ele. Eu queria saber qual a opção que está barrando a conexão, eu sou leiga no assunto, mas ja tentei tudo que achei que poderia está impedindo o funcionamento. Atualmente, meu PC esta sem ele instalado.
