Hi, we are testing the kaspersky security center cloud console, we have installed some agents on some devices. We see that Network agent is installed, Network Agent is running but we see that status and real time protection are in error. But not for one device and we have done the same tasks. Is not so clear the docs and ui if it is running and working. a Screenshot of the situation
