Hi ElvinE5, and thanks for the replay, I have already checked all the listed in the link, nothing works. I have uninstalled the previous version using add/remove program, it was successfully removed, also to make sure, I tried the kavremvr after the uninstall, restarted the PC... but nothing helped. there are several security update already installed, yet.. is there any specific KBxxxxx or security updated that should be installed? appreciate your help. Thanks.
