[Keyboard input is blocked for browsers and applications]

Hi,

I solved the problem by downloading and installing a different version of KTS.  Turns out I was upgraded to a version that is not intended for the area I live, and that version still has a problem for me and perhaps others.  Please note, my computer does not have a keyboard port.  the keyboard is a wireless that has a dongle in a USB port.  As far  as the question above, I have not found a way to see the drivers on Windows 10 latest upgrade.  My system doesn’t look like the screen shots. My apologies.

[Tastiera bloccata [ MOVED]]

Da qualche mese la mia tastiera ha iniziato a bloccarsi, si bloccano solo le lettere e i numeri e il tutto succede in maniera random, spesso l’unico modo per sbloccare la tastiera è riavviare il pc. Ho letto che altri utenti di Kaspersky hanno avuto lo stesso problema e uno di loro ha risolto installando un’altra versione di KTS, ma non capisco cosa intenda con “Un’altra versione”.

Qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema recentemente?

Avete la più pallida idea di come risolvere?

Per lavoro scrivo e tutto ciò sta diventando un incubo, ho anche portato il pc in assistenza e mi hanno detto che non c’è nessun problema a livello di hardware.
