    Do you use a proxy in your network? 

    Do you have a VPN program installed? 

    Can you try to connect via your mobile device hotspot and see how it goes? 

    i don’t use a proxy or a vpn

    i believe it comes up after it’s been in sleep mode for awhile

  2. i recently bought an acer swift sf313-53 and downloaded the free version of kaspersky. i get this notification every day: Event: Error connecting to My Kaspersky Component: Protection Reason: Failed to connect to My Kaspersky. Please check your Internet connection and try again. i can log into my kaspersky just fine on the browser. i can see that my subscription is active and my laptop is connected. everything is updated and i don’t have the password manager downloaded. how do i fix this?
