Hi,
Internet report URLs are in lowercase, while YouTube URL is case sensitive, so the URL in the report is invalid and I cannot open it to check.
Example:
In the KSK internet report:
https:/ /www . youtube . com/watch?app=desktop&v=4uyrwe0nrl4
this is not a working URL, no video.
Correct URL ends with:
4uyrwE0nRl4
--https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uyrwE0nRl4

From my point of view, it is very risky to allow unknown person to control your phone.
There are apps that are made for people like you -and me -, it will force limited time and block some apps etc.

When I restart the mobile, it worked andsent the activities again.
I allowed the app to be running in the back ground and exclude it from power management as requested during installation, anything can be done farther?

Hi,
the Kids safe app stopped sending activity details, I tried to reinstall and it worked for two days after reinstallation then it stopped giving activities monitoring again. any clue?

I uninstalled now to attend the class, meanwhile I started the trial period.
BTW I face issue only with this site, I’ve other online classes like Cambly with no issue.

https://leap.cuemath.com/ online class site disconnect and timeout very frequently on PC with Kaspersky safe kid. we troubleshoot this many times and 100% sure Kaspersky is the root cause. the class runs for less than minute then disconnect.
- when we access via another pc with no Kaspersky and using the same network, we didn’t face disconnects
- when we uninstall Kaspersky from the pc, we didn’t face any disconnect.
any clue?

Thank you for your thorough reply and screenshots,
For the details missed, I mentioned in my post "Internet report" not YouTube report, and this report has one way to access which is the browser, that's why I didn't detail further: Windows 11, the latest KSK version, Chrome ...
I am using Internet report because YouTube report doesn't report YouTube activities outside the app "apparently". because it is always empty although I am activating the Safe YouTube, and my kid is not using the YouTube app and just browse YouTube via Chrome.
And this issue is not limited to YouTube, for example, my kid is using URL Shortener sites, and these are case-sensitive like YouTube.
To summarize: My simple request is to not lowercase the URLs in the Internet Report.
