  1. Try uninstalling the program then reinstalling using the installer from the site. You have a similar issues I had and that worked. Remember your Security type and login details before you do so.
  2. Try uninstalling it and redownloading using the installer from the site. It worked for me. Performance issues were fixed.
  3. I had it as well, I solved it by uninstalling the program, then reinstalling it from the site. It has been working normally, I guess from now I’ll download it from the site now instead of updating through the application.
  4. Thank you but I reinstalled a fresh copy and it works fine now.
  5. Security Cloud 21.1.15.500, but I have solved the issue, I uninstalled it, then redownloaded it from the site. It has been behaving normally since. Usage is under 2% when idle and power usage has been low.
  6. Kaspersky CPU usage has been in the 21% range with high power usage. My fans even become audible because of it. No scans or updates were reported on by the program, it just starts using 20~30% of my CPU. Is this normal? If not what can I do? I already have the low profile mode enabled too.
