Safe Kids blocking all internet access on Chrome - Mac OS

Weird scenario: Parent account on mac works fine no issues Kid account with Safe Kids configured blocks all sites for Google (says no internet access), Safari allows most, but won’t display others (i.e. zoom.com) - but not with Kaspersky warning. Just can’t access those pages/no internet. Problem with Kasperki filter VPN config it would seem? Help...
