    Scroll up a bit and find K. Standard installer.

    Adding mail server to trusted address didn't work.

    For me what is strange is that other PC has same apps and same settings, and it works on it.

     

    To migrate to new Kaspersky standard, do i just install new version, or should i uninnstall old version first?

    I use KIS 21.3.10.391 (k) and MailwasherPro 7.12.173 on two PC.

    On one PC everything works fine, on other PC KIS all of sudden started blocking Mailwasher (without any info that it blocks it).

    The blocking is manifested in a way that Mailwasher doesn't fetch any email headers from server, and reports error "Failed to log into POP3 server".

    If i pause protection in KIS only then Mailwasher works.

    I tried few other things with KIS, like disabling module by module, but after i disable all of them i still don't get MW to work. It only works with KIS pause protection option.

    I don't know if there are some logs that i could see to see what is KIS blocking or there is some solution to this problem.
