kaspersky blocks my laptop applications in Kaspersky Anti-Virus Posted August 22, 2023 I have the same problem, about 2 weeks now and I use Total Security (KTS) Spotify, Microsoft store and Streaming service cannot access the internet. When I deactivate KTS then it works. Have changed the settings > network settings > proxy server settings > do not use proxy server, KTS then crashes Have also white listed Spotify with no success.
