Yesterday I can access Netflix, today I can access Netflix on russia but I cant access on Ukraine Austria czech

Hi, i am using ukraine server and i go netflix.com/ua-en/ but suddenly it is forwarding to netflix.com can you try it? Go netflix.com/ua-en/ and look url is it netflix.com only? I am on ukraine locaiton but when i go site it i see american page. there is an error similar to my fault here: LinkMy version is 21.3.10.391
