Hello
I installed Kaspersky for Windows Server 11, selecting also “Endpoint Agent” option. This made my Windows Server Manager to got an error: “Online - Cannot get service data”.

So I uninstalled Kaspersky and reinstalled it deselecting “Endpoint Agent” option. In this case, I got no errors in Windows Server Manager.
I tried to re-enable that option, and the error cames back.
Any idea? How can I enable Endpoint Agent without having the described error?
Thanks

Hello,
simple and clean Windows Server 2019 instalation, no extra roles. KSC 12.2 + SQL 2014 Express + Web console + everything needed for KEDR-O + KSfWS 11.0.0.480.
Everything works...even KEDR-O on workstations...Dashboard on server green.
After activating KEA on Server, Dashboard gets red...Manageability...with message “Online - Cannot get service data”. I’m not expert for WS...what to look? I have tried to modify KEA components and deinstall parts which are not needed (KATA etc..) and same thing.

I have exactly the same issue. Did you solved it?
Thanks!

I just instaled KSC13 and it does show only kaspesky for windows server 10, not 11...

Ok, I understood the reason: I tried to reinstall KSC. When you install KSC 13 you can install (using wizard) the plugin for v11 but you cannot instal package for v11 but only for v10. I will donwload it manually…
Thanks

I do not see what you say...
first, i would recommend to install version 11
Then, you’ve begun yet the installation of the server component while you have to install Console outside this procedure...simply execute the exe you’ve downloaded from K website!
Here you have a better help: https://support.kaspersky.com/KSWS/11/en-US/148329.htm
Thanks

Hi,
KS4WS does not automatically install\provide the full local GUI (it’s a MMC snap-in): you have to install it starting from the same exe file you’ve downloaded from K website. When you run it the “splash screen” provides an option like “Install Administration Console”: this is what you’re looking for.

Hello Cesare, Administration Console is for Kaspersky Security Center, not for Kaspersky for Windows Server… am I wrong?

HelloI installed Kaspersky for Windows Server 10.1.2.996. When I open tray icon, the “Open Application console” menu is grayed out.
I am logged in as domain admin. I also tried to put administrator user in the KSC Policy: Supplementary - User access permission for application management”. But I continue to see the menu as disabled.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Kaspersky Windows Server 11 - Firewall details

Hello
I would like to inspect Kaspersky’s firewall logs. I see the blocked connections count, but I cannot find where I can see the complete firewalls details. Can anyone suggest me where to look at? In the complete task log I see 0 events in the table.
Thanks
