Flood🐳+🐋Hello @Flood and Flood's wife
Sorry for the delay (didn't had access to the phone) but this what I found out.
e. Instellen als standaard = Set as default -> In deze app = In this app || *Which options are offered here*?
The only option I have is (translated):
Selecteer of u deze app wilt openen in plaats van uw browser-app wanneer u naar de ondersteunde webadressen gaat = Select whether you want to open this app instead of your browser app when you go to the supported web addresses
Ondersteunde koppelingen openen = open supported links
Ondersteunde webadressen = Supported web addresses
k. Systeeminstellingen wijzigen = Toegestaan, Allowed -> *No, Verboden. Forbidden*
If I revoke this permission I'm denying the KSK app to alter the systemsettings, is this okay?
Machtiging toestaan = Allow authorization
Sta toe dat deze app systeeminstellingen wijzigt = Allow this app to change system settings
1 See attached image
2 I've now set the Unknown category to forbidden
3 I do not see any memory items in this view
4 the first icon next to the ksk icon is for the do-not-distrub mode, next one is for the Microsoft "link to Windows" app and the last one is for more icons are active but not visible
5 I can confirm all permissions are identical; location, phone and notification are all allowedThanks!
Best regards

Hello @DvdB,
You're most welcome!
Thank you for the information & images!
- Which age template has been configured?
- *Settings* is forbidden/blocked by *default* & should never have *Allowed* access granted unless the parent needs to do something directly on the physical phone - after which the *Allowed* permission for *Settings* should be *revoked*.
- Several more screen prints please, on (your) child's phone:
- Post KSK - For Parents - screen?
- KSK app, go to Settings, Apps, KSK, App info, -> post all screens please?
Thank you🙏
Flood🐳+🐋Hello @Flood and Flood's wife
- I've set the Age Restrictions option to "enabled" and I guess this option is related to the Year of Birth in the child profile? It's set to 13 years.
- I didn't know, thanks for pointing this out, I've changed this option to Forbidden.
- Please see attached screenshots (I'm sorry but all text is in Dutch but I can help with the translation if needed😀)

Hello @DvdB,
Welcome!
*Please do not disable the alerts*
Please provide the following:
- Which SM-A52 OS version & One UI version? Read: How to find the version of your operating system - for Android users?
- KSK version? Read: How to find the Kaspersky Safe Kids for Android application version on a child’s device?
- Have Knox permissions been applied?
- In (your) MyKaspersky account, KSK, Application monitoring, how is Settings configured?
- Has root / admin access been granted to the phone?
- Which store is KSK being installed from please?
- Please post a *full-screen* image of the alert - please *hide* all private information, phone number, child's name, etc., *before* sharing the image in the Kaspersky Community.
Please post back?
Thank you🙏
Flood🐳+🐋Thanks!
- The mobile is running on android 13 and One UI 5.1.
- KSK version is 1.103.0.3
- Samsung Knox permissions have been applied (approved during install)
- Regarding the Application Monitoring settings, Age restrictions based on public age-appropriate ratings is turned on.
- On the application list most applications are allowed (the default setting) with a few exceptions "available on blocked device" like school related apps and apps like Contacts, Messages, Camera, Settings etc. Additionally there are 2 apps with custom settings: Snapchat - restricted for 1 hour and Galaxy Store - forbidden.
- About root / admin access, the phone has never been rooted and is still in "default factory" mode, running default android supplied by Samsung.
- Also, the default Google Play Store is used for all apps installs like KSK, no other stores.

Every day I'm getting these alerts:
On the SM-A52 device used by Kid, these permissions were revoked: Common.MyKids.KidSafeAppPermissionDrawOverlay. Now, these application features will not work: Common.MyKids.KidSafeAppPermissionDrawOverlayDescription. Edit the device settings or reinstall the application.Display over other apps permissions was revoked on device SM-A52, which is used by Kid.
You can no longer control the child's device or apps.
Uninstallation protection is disabled, so the app can be easily deleted from your child's device.
Grant the necessary permission to restore your child's protection. The first few days after installation and still in trial mode, the application worked fine. I bought a license for the premium functions it was fine for a few days but since a week or so I'm getting these alerts multiple times a day. Removed the app and reinstalled it again, approving all required permissions like the "display over other apps" but the alerts keep coming in. I can disable these alerts but doesn't fix the issue and I'm still kind of worried. Is there something I could do to really fix this so I can enabled the alert again?
Important app functions were turned off alerts

Thank you so much, it is fixed!
I'm not sure what did the trick in the end, setting the Unknown category to forbidden or maybe a combination of changes but I don't see any error or reinstall the app messages anymore, only the expected notifications and alerts.
Thanks for your efforts and support!
