Hello Berny, thanks for your reply. Yes I did 2x quick scans and a complete full scan, nothing was found, it reports clean. I am mostly worried about those trojans found: HEUR/AGEN.1139679 (C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WINLOGUI.EXE) Trojan.Multi.GenAutorunReg.a (System Memory) HEUR:Backdoor.Win64.Agent.gen (C:\Windows\System32\StartupCheckLibrary.dll)What are those related to? how it could get in my system without kaspersky warning, causing all these issues?

Hi everyone, Yesterday I was using ccleaner to clean the computer and noticed a bunch of registry issues w kaspersky, went to check on it and it had just dissapeared! I tried to reinstall without success (it won’t continue installation after restart). I then used a free antimalware program added with kaspersky 2020 tool, they both catched those, and I was finally able to reinstall the antivirus again. Did a full scan with no further threats, the antivirus came back w my two year license and reporting last scan from 9 days ago, so it must had been infected by this time. Windows defender page was blank and windows updates not working w an error, both were deleted from registry/services.msc page. I had to check some youtube videos in order to enable them back on regedit restoring some values and using sfc scan, image check and now everything seems to be working properly. I am really worried of what happened, kaspersky didn’t catch a thing, what are those infections related to? whatelse I can do to guarantee my computer is 100% safe again? Using W10 64 on latest update (21H1 - 19043.1151) kaspersky v. 21.3.10.391
