    Is the Network Agent package pointing to the same server?
    Test this walkthrough on 1 computer
    1. Open MS-DOS Prompt in administrator mode.
    2. Open the Network Agent directory.
    2a. cd "%programfiles(x86)%\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent"    (Windows 64 bits)
       2b. cd "%programfiles%\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent"    (Windows 32 bits)
    3. Type klmover -address KSC IP

    Does this server have Firewall enabled?
    If not, you can try using this tool, or try installing Network Agent locally via command line.
