I wanted to upgrade a KSC 12.2 to version 13 and it failed (the service doesn't start anymore with an error in the DB).

 

I opened a support ticket on Wednesday but I still have no answer (INC000012671830).

 

I would like to be able to download the KSC 12.2 setup to get my KSC working again, but I cannot find it. Could you give me a link where I could download it? In French version. All the links I find are for version 13.
