[Cannot disinfect "Rootkit.EFI64.EfiGuard.a"]

MY Kaspersky detects a threat and when I try to resolve, gets a message saying "Can't disinfect the detected object: This is a critical system object". I can only skip the disinfection process. What should I do about this issue?
