    Hello, all configuration regarding USB blocking and unblocking is done by the KSC administrator by policies, once the policies are applied on your computer, if in the policy the lock for changes is not unlocked, you will not be able to change it.
    In your case, the company must uninstall KES, or apply a policy with all locks open, to allow its change.
    What you did to delete the Kaspersky folder will not help you, it can make the situation worse with the application malfunctioning.

    Veja no log de eventos do KES, se ele baixou os updates, ou tentou instalar e deu falha, às vezes a tarefa executa, mas da falha no endpoint, daí sempre ficará pendente de instalação no KSC.
    Eu utilizo a versão do KSC on premisses, consigo visualizar o que finalizou e o que deu erro.
    Acredito que sua versão seja em Cloud, deve ter um gráfico com as informações, depois clique no item que mostrará os detalhes.

    You can configure Application Control to block on Endpoints.
    Test a separate policy first.

    I think this product has been discontinued as the last release was June 2019 and no option to download.
    Try opening a ticket in the Company Account.

    Tente reinstalar o agente de rede, para ele voltar a sincronizar com o servidor.
    Ou remova o agente e o Endpoint, já tentou fazer isso? Sua política tem senha para desinstalação?
