  4. I suggest you upgrade your Sandbox to version 2.0, there have been many improvements, but there is no way to migrate from 1.0 to 2.0, it needs to be a clean install. Follow the documentation link and link to download the product, I'm already using version 2.0.0.7 With KSC 13.2 and Endpoint 11.9 the product became much more stable. https://support.kaspersky.com/KSB/2.0/en-US/218492.htm https://box.kaspersky.com/d/c42527f9278e4182a64d/ After everything works, it should appear like this on the endpoint, in the Sandbox there is no way to see the files that were uploaded and show them in the graphical interface.
  5. Disable the Bad USB item in your Kaspersky Security Center policy. Also disable the installation of the component in the next installations.
  7. On my computer, this folder only consumes 30MB. Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 11.9.0351 What's your version?
Utilizo a versão Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business com EDR. https://www.kaspersky.com/enterprise-security/edr-security-software-solution
  11. Hi, from the documentation, you can migrate to the latest version, from version 10.3.3.304, try to migrate a device to version 11.9.0.351 first, if not, I think you will have to migrate to 10.3.3.304 before migrating to last. In this link, there are several ways of migrating version, through KSC it is very easy. https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/11.9.0/en-US/123470.htm Here you download the latest version. https://www.kaspersky.com/small-to-medium-business-security/downloads/edr-optimum?utm_content=downloads
  12. Microsoft doesn't have a fix for this CVE yet, when the patch comes out you can refer to the KLA here. https://threats.kaspersky.com/en/?s=CVE-2022-30190
  14. You can configure Application Control to block on Endpoints. Test a separate policy first.
  15. I think this product has been discontinued as the last release was June 2019 and no option to download. Try opening a ticket in the Company Account. https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com/account/login https://support.kaspersky.com/scanengine#downloads https://support.kaspersky.com/ScanEngine/1.0/en-US/179679.htm https://www.kaspersky.com/scan-engine
  17. The correct place to add the application is in trusted applications, there you control the behavior of KES, with the indicated folder. Always with %ProgramFiles%\ or %ProgramFiles(x86)%\ syntax If it doesn't work, check which kaspersky component is blocking the application, in the Windows event log, it has all the application information and which component generated the event.
  18. I could be wrong, but I think that the KSWS version 11.0.1.897 will be discontinued, after an audit we did here, I identified that this version exclusively for Windows Server is not so efficient in terms of blocking threats. I had more than 100 servers with it, I removed this application and installed the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 11.9.0.351 version, they added new features and the protection is much more efficient, in addition to working with the same product for Endpoints and Servers. This version is lighter and no longer impacts processing as it used to. https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/11.9.0/en-US/222859.htm
  19. When you install Kaspersky Security Center, it creates a default policy for the endpoint, you need to edit it as per your need. Each component has its configuration, the padlock you opened serves to enable the action on the user's endpoint, for example, to stop File Threat Protection. In your case, I recommend reading the components documentation, you say you can't uninstall, try to remove the policy removal password as shown in print. https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/11/en-us/128162.htm https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/11/en-us/123303.htm
  20. Download directly from the Kaspersky website, if you license, download the proper version for your Linux. Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux https://www.kaspersky.com/small-to-medium-business-security/downloads/edr-optimum?utm_content=downloads
  21. I understand that the network agent needs to have a local administrator account, to have full control over the device, the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM user prevents any user from closing the application. That way KSC can do many actions remotely on the device.
  22. Try creating a task through Kaspersky Security Center to move the new server. This happens because the old certificate is different from the new server, which is on the clients. The certificate path on users is this. C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1103\klserver.cer
  24. Hello, to release a blocked site, you must add a rule to release before blocking, I will use the example of the Google site. Then enter the policy again and check if the email sending option is enabled, if it is, go to the Event Configuration option and enable the event "Web page access blockage message to administrator" to notify by email.
  25. I am the administrator of Kaspersky where I work, regarding using old versions is relative, as this product is within the lifecycle of updates and full support, you can see that here https://support.kaspersky.com/corporate/lifecycle #b2b.block0.kes11 For example, if they find a bug in it, a fix will be released to fix it. Regarding using the latest version, I always think it's valid to use the latest version, as new features and technologies were improved and added, I found that the performance was also improved. In version 11.8.0.384, the Endpoint Agent was incorporated, new features for installations on Windows Servers, native EDR function and Kaspersky Sandbox. Most of these features depend on which license you have of course. The company that provides services to you may not want to update Endpoint because they believe it is too much work, as they need to see what version your Kaspersky Security Center is on. They would have to update both, as I said, your doubt has been felt and I say that the latest version approved in your environment will always be the best option.
