  1. Has the original License subscription expired? It shows a courtesy 15 days. In your MyKaspersky account, in Licenses tab, is the new License visible? Yes. When KAV is opened, in the lower right hand corner of the window, select License, please post an image of the screen that opens please? (see my image for reference) I don’t see “License”.
  2. I cancelled our Kaspersky Anti-Virus subscription and purchased a two-year license (for 3 computers), which was 732 days’ worth. Unfortunately, the KAV app (in the system tray) does not allow me to add it to the computers. Please help.
