CPU Usage unusually high since 2021 update

Since 2021 update my laptop is facing heating issues, finding to resolve the problem I found out Kaspersky is using almost 70% of my CPU which is ridiculously high and affecting my laptop performance. I tried Clean Installation too but the results are still the same. Please help Kaspersky Support Team. Image showing 70% of consumption by kaspersky
