  1. Hello, in KSC 12.2.0.4376 shows: “Real-Time Protection status: Stopped” on one device with Network Agent 12.2.0.4376 and KES 11.6.0.394

    In Windows Event Log “Product ‘Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows' has stopped” message appears every 5 seconds.

    I can not start application from Properties → Applications→ KES → blue RUN button with reason: “Failed to start application”

    No new Events in Properties section,

    How to debug that?

    The KES GUI shows that protection is running, computer have a network connection with the server.

We have Endpoint Security for Business SELECT task to update ( Install Required updates and fix vulnerabilities ) OS to 1903 completes with an error : "installation of updates was missed because the number of previously taken attempts to install those updates 5 exceeds the limit set on 5" so i decide to delete the task.. (to reset that counter)... now i can not create a new one: "The operation requires a license for Vulnerability and Patch Management". I think that a few programs are sypported for the SELECT version ( windows updates, mozilla, notepad and etc.). What i have to do? KSC 11.0.0.1131 KES 11.1.1.126 I have one more question, how to remove old plugins installed (KES 10 SP2 as an example) that appears in Administration server properties? Thank you, Best Regards!
  4. Hello, today we found that Device control/portable devices (MTP) not blocking mobile phone storage when they have usb connection with the PC. In Security controls -> Device Control -> Type of devices-> Portable devices (MTP) are blocked, In Security controls -> Device Control -> Connection buses -> all are blocked There is no truststed portable devices. Block Hard drives makes innaccessible local hdd and phone storage - this is not a solution. Add local Hard drives to Trusted and block the others do not work - phone storage is still accessible. We use Endpoint Security for Business SELECT KSC 11.0.0.1131 KES 11.1.0.15919 Windows 10 Pro 1809 on Endpoints All up to date Help :) Thank you!
