  1. Uninstall/reinstall came up with the same screen. The solution was to click the “Enter activation code” button instead of “Activate”. Once I did that, I got: Then I could sign-in to activate. That first screen is very confusing!!! Thanks for the suggestions anyway, I appreciate that people tried to help.
  2. Clicking the Activate button brings up the following: In my account (with the same e-mail as I obscured above) I have: So everything is active and should not need renewal. I can’t get past the screen with the Activate button on it though.
  3. I just updated my Security Cloud Free software and now it wants an activation code. I can’t figure out where to get one without buying something. I want to continue to use the free version.
