Can you please tell me steps to capture logs ?

It's already set to keep my laptop turn on . Please note the issue is that full scan never completes . Within 7 minutes of scan the laptop shuts itself down . Full scan never gets competed . Let me know if you want me to provide any log file or so on

My laptop dell latitude e5550 automatically shutdown whenever i run Kaspersky total security full scan . But when I run context scan it runs fine and laptop doesn't automatically shut down . Please help me . This happens everytime.

I have kts 2021 please confirm If I can install kts 2020 version instead . My other system performed much better with kts 2020, please let me know procedure to move to kts 2020 from kts 2021

Previously it had option and used to give pop to select what to do when a removable media is connected. Screenshot attached. Is there anyway to enable that.

I am using KTS 2021. I dont see option to select what action to take on removable media. When i go in settings of removable media scan it only show option either to do quick scan or full scan. I dont have option to choose what action to take when i connect removable media. Default action is available. I want option to select quick or full drive scan when external media drive connects . Any option in settings which will “Ask what action to take” Rather than take default action of quick or full scan?

I have intel I5 7th gen laptop and recently installed KTS 2021. I found that Battery settings on windows hanged and close itself while KTS scan on external drive was in progress. When i stopped doing the external drive scan then power and sleep settings and battery settings opened up fine. Wanted to know if any change to default settings can help to address the issue. Wanted to know ideal settings which experienced Users are using on KTS 2021. Also where can i get change log if whats new on KTS 2021 compared to old KTS 2020?

I used to be kaspersky in 2010 and recently brought up new KTS license. please let me know if we have any way to change the UI look of the KTS as i am really not into new look. Is there any way to change the new look ? .
