  1. После обновления клиентов на рабочих станциях до версии 12.0.0.465, при открытии приложений MS Outlook, от клиента Касперского постоянно появляется сообщение с выбором сертификата. До обновления такого не наблюдалось.

    Enable the traces with level 500 as described here and reproduce the problem.

    In addition it might be helpful to get some version information depending on problem description and environment, i.e.:

    - Kaspersy Security Center and Network Agent Version (if in use)
    - Office Version
    - Exchange Server Version (if Problem with Exchange Server environment)

    Did you find any solution? Faced with same issue after update clients to KES v 12.0.0.465
