I purchased the internet security in 2019 but my computer crashed and I lost my purchased information. My credit card was also changed due to hacking so now I can't turn off auto renewal using credit card info or purchased info. How do I get around this?

no the merchant site isn’t only the paypal was. This site was Walmart. I’ll keep what you mention marked down so I will try if I have that problem again. Thanks

Oh I found what you meant but I wouldn’t be able to test it now since I already ordered it by disabling the KIS and placed my order.

Yeah it returns to the merchant with it saying I have nothing in my cart and no notification that the order was made. I’m using Chrome as my default browser. Don’t know what you mean about KIS being restored to default?

Twice I h ave been trying to purchase something using paypal through the safe money and it doesn’t work. It sends me back to my cart with nothing in it, I had to turn off safe money in order to get paypal to actually finish the order. I never had problems before this last update. Any other reasons why this is not working?

I’m trying to set up my Ebay under safe money and I just updated everything on KIS and when I go to ebay nothing happens it just stays the regular browser. I have it set for Chrome and it still doesn’t work.

I fixed it I removed the entire folder and re install internet security and it installed. I checked and put the chrome extension of roboform and then opened safe money and the roboform icon is in the toolbar now. thanks for your help. I would have never known there was a 2021 version, I thought when database updates happen it also mentions that there is a program update.

I did do that with the roboform and how come the kaspersky update didn’t come up for me I have it set to let me know of updates? Where you I download it without having to pay again, I have over 200 days left on my subscription?
