Hello Everybody, Upgrading KSC older version to KSC 11.0.0.1131 is behaving different in different scenario. If make a backup first by Kaspersky Back Utility, and restore that backup into new KSC, then seems policies from old KSC are not working well? After up-gradation, if going to make task to upgrade Network Agent to 11 version then also sometime showing device is inaccessible? Showing Network Agent 10 version on KSC console but if go inside in a client then its showing the Network agent is running and the version is 11? All old plug-in and policies from older KSC, are those valid on KSC 11? Or, it's better to make Tasks and Policies on KSC 11 by deleting those old Tasks and Polices? Because, Last time there showing agents are not updating from KSC. Though update repository cleaned and re-fill twice. Thanks in Advance Deadlock4400

Hello everybody, All KES agent was having update well and properly. But last few days it seems more than hundreds agents are not getting update. Unable to find this unfortunate update behavior problem. KSC version is 10 and KES version is 10 MR1, MR2 and mostly 11. Thanks in Advance Deadlock4400

hello Nejc-Halcom KSC server migration must have OLD KSC server name and IP address. Then the old database will work. Otherwise you have to do klmover and klnagchk command on every Client PCs then on KSC find those from Unassigned device and drag those devices to Managed Devices. Thanks in Advance Deadlock4400

Hello datalit you can see if the synchronization on those devices is alright. Then force the policy again and see the result. You can see if those devices are accessible from KSC pane or communication between KSC and those clients work well. Thanks in Advance Deadlock4400

Hello everybody, While try to log into Kaspersky Security Center 10 Web Console there showing the following problem - "Administration Server has untrusted self signed certificate. Hello Everybody, There showing some warning like below - "End User License Agreement has been violated. Reason: black list key files corrupted. Application functionality: update blacklist only" In the environment the KSC v11.0.0.1131 KES 11, 10 MR2, 10MR3 and KSWS also there. Exactly which steps has to be followed from KSC to make it solve . hello everybody let me clear again the scenario below - First Inquiry: in every company there is one or more network share drive or File Server where usually KSWS 10 is used. But unfortunately, after KES or KSWS installed, those type file servers or network share drive become inaccessible by other PCs. Which steps should be followed to make those Networks Drives or, File Servers available like it was before. Second Problem: A File Server was running well where KSWS was installed and as this was accessible from many PCs, it was infected and then tried a lot to uninstall the KSWS (which became GRAY in color), also run KVRT where few strong viruses has been found and disinfected and restart that server again and again same viruses? Hello everybody, Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 is doing well on Desktop/Laptop. But on Network Drive Or, File server Kaspersky Security 10 version not acting well - it's go gray in color and became inactive. Kaspersky Virus Removal tool was used and viruses also found but then also unable to remove or reinstall the Kaspersky Security 10 in that file server. Even in safe mode unable to Uninstall the Kaspersky Security 10. In such scenarios what's to be done step-by-step. Thanks in Advance Deadlock4400
