    Hello @data1

    Thank you for the information!

    1. (you) need to *manually block all* the devices that are not yours - by blocking the MAC addresses!
    2. We need full OS version & build, in Windows Search, type WINVER, post back the result please?
    3. Router security needs to be WPA3  - what type of router is it- name, model & version?
    4. *Also* - Modem - name, model & version? & Does Modem have a *password* IF 'yes', make sure this password is also changed to a new, very secure password please?

    Please post back?

    Thank you🙏

    1. it may be hard to manually block all and new coming devices, but I will try.

    2. WIN 10 22H2,  os 19045.3930

    3. no wpa3, only WP2 password,  netgear router

    4. Modem from my internet service provider, no need to enter password when connecting the netgear router using LAN cable

    Hello @data1

    Thank you for posting back!

    1. Has this been done for *all* the devices that are *not* yours: How to deny network access for a device
    2. What is (your) computer OS version & build
    3. Has the Wifi password been changed & is  WP3 security protocol used in the router - as suggested by @harlan4096 earlier?

    Please post back?

    Thank you🙏

    1.  "*all* the devices that are *not* yours“ is correct. only 9 devices, not 31 devices.

    2. computer OS =W10, BUT I connect the pc directly through lan wire to the modem, not my router

    3. password has been changed many times, but owe only have WP2 passowrd, not wp3

I thick it may not be the monitor error because their total around 30 devices have contacted with my home router network.

And I have turn of some home devices, there 4 devices are connecnting, and a deveice called ListenAirkan is even not my home device. and 27 deveice are unconnected bu connected previously.

4+27=31, that means there are 31 devices have connected to my router.

Please give advice for this horrible situations and thank you.

  5. From Kaspersky's Home Monitoring function, I found up to more than 20 devices have been connected to my home network through our router.
However my home just has 9 devices, but as you can see in the attached screenshot, 12 devices are connecting to my router, and 11 devices are unconnected but connected previously. Totally 23 devices have connected to my router.

It seems very unnormal and based on network-hacked situation of our home just 3 months ago, it makes me think that there are still some hacked situation from my neighbors? Can we have more protection from Kaspersky?
Or this situation of too much devices connected is too difficult to handle even using Kaspersky?

Please advise what situation we are encountering, and could Kaspersky help us?
    Thank you very much.
