Hi, After installing kes 11.1.1.126 & network agent 11.0.0.1131 standlaone package in windows 10 pc 1903. Its getting blue screen error. Hi, We are facing one typical problem regarding DELL Latitude 3400 model Laptops. After encrypting with KES-11.1.1.126 the internal keyboard is not working but mouse is working. H, As you said windows 10 feature upgrade is possible without decryption in ms bitlocker. So kaspersky already have bitlocker encryption. Can we try this option. Will it work please confirm. So we can proceed accordingly. BR

Hi, after using reflect driver command successfully os gets upgraded from 1809 to 1903. but all the software already installed gets corrupted , even kes11.1 & network agent gets corrupted.
